Oliverios Coya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 吕震强 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverios Coya having to interfere. 吕震强 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliverios Coya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 吕震强 in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Elias Freire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliverios Coya was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by 吕震强 in the 38th minute of play forced UE Cornella's goalkeeper Oliverios Coya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, 吕震强 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliverios Coya was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Oliverios Coya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeca Esteves went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mel Palanques to strike the kick off in the second half. Albino Bacete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Oliverios Coya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, UE Cornella's Blanco Llinares got a free kick in the 78th minute. Juninho Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walme Vives, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Zeca de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverios Coya having to interfere. Marcinho Paes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oliverios Coya having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Motta Futebol Clube's Patrick Costa got a free kick in the 97th minute.
