Jacobo Regis started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Otoniel. Dennis Beerthuis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Regis in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the match, Gert Jan van Westerop tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Placido Gitano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Alex de Rudder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex de Rudder got free with Placido Gitano in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goal looked a bit too open when Alex de Rudder came free, but Placido Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex de Rudder in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Gitano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute of the match Winthont FC got a corner. Club Atletico Juanita's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gert Jan van Westerop ran over to the corner to take the kick. 37 minutes into the game, Cristian Norino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winthont FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Juanita the free kick. Club Atletico Juanita's Rigoberto Darien was substituted for Rodolfo Valiente. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cristian Norino hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Gert Jan van Westerop made the kick off in the second half. Placido Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Jan van Westerop in the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Juanita's Rigoberto Darien got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Gert Jan van Westerop took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Placido Gitano. Club Atletico Juanita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Club Atletico Juanita booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Otoniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex de Rudder in the 66th minute of play forced Club Atletico Juanita's goalkeeper Placido Gitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
