The audience held their breath when Tolek Walentowicz in the 46th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Rogério Soberano's left hand side. In the 47th minute, Iaki Albizua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Jesus Jardel was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of CA Portugália booed when Bajbusy Fabian-a was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Zacharczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CA Portugália would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
