FS Kilomani's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Preator Edikt the free kick. 9 minutes into the match, FS Kilomani's goalkeeper Riivo Müürsepp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson. Reine Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikk Alajaan, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute Mark Ansip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarek Astuja in the 14th minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Reine Pettersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reine Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Ansip, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Mark Ansip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Reine Pettersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Ansip came free, but Reine Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Ansip in the 23rd minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Reine Pettersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Nils-Erik Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Riivo Müürsepp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riivo Müürsepp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Sundberg in the 30th minute of the match. If Mark Ansip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32nd minute Mark Ansip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reine Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Ansip in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FS Kilomani's zone, Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Riivo Müürsepp came out of the goal and Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reine Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikk Alajaan in the 43rd minute of play. A hard shot 45 in the game by Nils-Erik Sundberg from a close distance when the talented Riivo Müürsepp managed to make a qualified save. FS Kilomani's players were relieved. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Ansip to make the kick off. In the 60thth minute of the game Nils-Erik Sundberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FS Kilomani's Riivo Müürsepp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mikk Alajaan struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Reine Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FS Kilomani. FS Kilomani's Eevald Liit was substituted for Mark Ansip. After 67 minutes FS Kilomani's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hubert Fernström who took care of the corner kick. Reine Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eevald Liit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eevald Liit in the 72nd minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Reine Pettersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hubert Fernström hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Preator Edikt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FS Kilomani the free kick. After 74 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson. When FS Kilomani's Eevald Liit in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Preator Edikt's goalie prevented a goal. Maarek Astuja hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eevald Liit kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reine Pettersson. That made the score 0-1 in the 81 minute of play. Albert Örnberg charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Örnberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Eevald Liit fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Reine Pettersson, passed just outside the right post. Preator Edikt's Reine Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eevald Liit in the 94th minute of play. FS Kilomani's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
