The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Gabi Batistuta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Volkan Tokdemir. The goal made the score 1-0. Ramón Ponce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Volkan Tokdemir made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, FC KALELİ's goal looked a bit too open when Gabi Batistuta came free, but Volkan Tokdemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cenap Hallaçoğlu came free, but Enzo Silviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cenap Hallaçoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 minutes La Candela FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Flávio Azzaro who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Atilla Özerdem managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 16 minutes into the match, FC KALELİ's goalkeeper Volkan Tokdemir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cai Bing Cheng. Gabi Batistuta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Volkan Tokdemir firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC KALELİ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flávio Azzaro in the 25th minute. The corner ended in Flávio Azzaro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Candela FC's Enzo Silviano did a great save. 27 minutes into the match, FC KALELİ's Cenap Hallaçoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Silviano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cenap Hallaçoğlu took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Silviano. Enzo Silviano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, FC KALELİ's goalkeeper Volkan Tokdemir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabi Batistuta. Orlando Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlando Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC KALELİ booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Medina didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Gabi Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Volkan Tokdemir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cenap Hallaçoğlu was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cenap Hallaçoğlu got free with Enzo Silviano in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute of the match, Nazil Sağlamtürk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enzo Silviano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Volkan Tokdemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Marangoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of FC KALELİ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Candela FC:s goal. After 77 minutes FC KALELİ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cai Bing Cheng who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Cai Bing Cheng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC KALELİ's Volkan Tokdemir did a great save. Enzo Silviano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerr Haneci in the 79th minute of the match. FC KALELİ's Volkan Tokdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabi Batistuta in the 81st minute of play. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Gabi Batistuta sped through FC KALELİ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Volkan Tokdemir. In the 83rd minute, Ademar Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Volkan Tokdemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Frans in the 86th minute of play. Enzo Silviano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerr Haneci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC KALELİ defense, Teodosio Frans kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Volkan Tokdemir. The FC KALELİ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volkan Tokdemir should have stopped the shot. Teodosio Frans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 99 minutes of play, La Candela FC's Teodosio Frans made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Volkan Tokdemir was left in no man's land by his defense there! La Candela FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC KALELİ for a fine match.
