An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Marino in the 11th minute of play forced Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper Tom Colling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Benitez came free, but Tom Colling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fågelmara IK's Tom Colling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Benitez in the 18th minute of play. Hunor Csapó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimír Kuthan in the 20th minute of play. Franky Ooms hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ivan Säf kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Olgierd Kilar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buffalo Timişoara's supporters rose to their feet, but Olgierd Kilar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Colling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alberto Chikeev fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fågelmara IK's protests and gave Alberto Chikeev a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fågelmara IK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Alberto Chikeev hit a great ball. Tom Colling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franky Ooms, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Valentin Voicus short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Tom Colling to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Buffalo Timişoara's Olgierd Kilar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tom Colling in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Valentin Voicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Colling having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franky Ooms stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aleksander Sjö hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Franky Ooms got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Voicu in the 57th minute of play forced Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper Tom Colling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fågelmara IK's Amadeo Calixto got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute, Franky Ooms left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buffalo Timişoara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With an all-out effort, Fågelmara IK's Hunor Csapó threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amadeo Calixto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alberto Chikeev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Hunor Csapó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeo Calixto's late challenge caught a Buffalo Timişoara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Calixto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Fågelmara IK getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Amadeo Calixto hit a great ball. Fågelmara IK's Tom Colling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franky Ooms in the 69th minute of play. Franky Ooms scored 2-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tom Colling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Buffalo Timişoara's Augusto Benitez in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fågelmara IK's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Fågelmara IK defense, Franky Ooms kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tom Colling. The Fågelmara IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tom Colling should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wawrzyniec Pysz in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tom Colling saved Fågelmara IK from getting behind. In the 91st minute Amadeo Calixto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hunor Csapó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimír Kuthan in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Buffalo Timişoara fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fågelmara IK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
