Mugurel Bleoancă had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Régis Urbano's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Elano Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Voican in the 19th minute of play. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Mugurel Bleoancă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cafu Silveira in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugurel Bleoancă saved Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- from getting behind. If Remus Voican had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elano Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Voican in the 31st minute of the match.
