The audience thought a goal was coming when Mădălin Cangeopol got free with Bill Geerds in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Guido Solis came free, but Panait Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panait Hațegan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Solis, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mădălin Cangeopol in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bill Geerds prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bill Geerds made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Osdorp FC's goalkeeper Bill Geerds had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mădălin Cangeopol. Mădălin Cangeopol took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bill Geerds. Bill Geerds dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Roelofs in the 25th minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Panait Hațegan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mădălin Cangeopol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bill Geerds was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 46thth minute of the game Rogier Kleinman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Mutu to make the kick off. Bill Geerds made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Cangeopol in the 51st minute of play. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. During this time Osdorp FC's players had a chance to rest. 74 minutes into the match, Mădălin Cangeopol notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Osdorp FC's Bill Geerds. Bill Geerds was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evert Roelofs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Panait Hațegan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Arthur Løset could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Panait Hațegan made a huge save. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogier Kleinman in the 86th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mădălin Cangeopol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bill Geerds was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Ursus Martin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ursus Martin kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
