Adrian Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Pudes in the 2nd minute of play. After 4 played minutes Lex Academy got a freekick which was hit by Radek Fidler. Viseu United's Adrian Txindoki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Pudes in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goalkeeper Verner Hynek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ziemowit Gdowski. Michal Jung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Txindoki having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Xie Chao Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that Michal Jung got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adrian Txindoki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by António Silva with Ahmet Ali Tayfur as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ahmet Ali Tayfur kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Ziemowit Gdowski made a precise shot to the right of Verner Hynek. Lex Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 41st minute, Josef Znamenáček hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Xie Chao Yang in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Viseu United's António Silva. In the 45th minute, Petr Ferda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Lex Academy's Verner Hynek got control of the ball when Ahmet Ali Tayfur tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Gdowski in the 56th minute of play forced Lex Academy's goalkeeper Verner Hynek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viseu United's Adrian Txindoki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Viseu United from getting a goal against them. Verner Hynek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Barea, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 92 minutes of play, Viseu United's Israel Barea made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Verner Hynek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Israel Barea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Verner Hynek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
