Spectators: 7980 (Terracing: 5986, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pacho Carabajal kicked off to start the match. Robíño Football Club's Jack Kvick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zac Bal in the 5th minute of play. Emanuel Dahlgren kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Jack Kvick came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Brugge United's Raoul Lambert. But to his dismay, Raoul Lambert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alvin Åkesson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Candal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Brugge United's Aldo Candal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Åkesson in the 17th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Alvin Åkesson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brugge United's Aldo Candal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stig-Åke Fernkvist hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Pacho Carabajal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jack Kvick was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Aldo Candal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Åkesson in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Brugge United getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Frank Terwenhout hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvin Åkesson made a kick off. Alvin Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Aldo Candal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jack Kvick made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Raoul Lambert sent off a good shot on target. When Robíño Football Club's Alvin Åkesson in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brugge United's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvin Åkesson in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Candal saved Brugge United from getting behind. Aldo Candal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvin Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Robíño Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Pilgren. The supporters of Brugge United booed when Robíño Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Pilgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Brugge United's goalkeeper Aldo Candal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aldo Candal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Pilgren in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Esbjörn Karlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jack Kvick was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mark Wauters. Alvin Åkesson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Candal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. The throw-in from Georges-Philippe Engels in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Robíño Football Club's Allan Berglund. Aldo Candal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Åkesson in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Robíño Football Club getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Patrik Pilgren hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Ernst Granqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Candal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Candal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernst Granqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Brugge United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
