Diogo Cosme's late challenge caught a Ogro F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deen Castronovo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hermínio Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deen Castronovo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ogro F.C. booed when Vila Zumbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deen Castronovo in the 8th minute of play forced Vila Zumbi's goalkeeper Hermínio Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Deen Castronovo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vila Zumbi's Hermínio Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Vila Zumbi from getting a goal against them. Hermínio Silva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Deen Castronovo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vila Zumbi's zone, Deen Castronovo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermínio Silva came out of the goal and Deen Castronovo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 minutes of play, Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Paulo Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Ogro F.C. booed when Vila Zumbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas de Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Hermínio Silva successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Hermínio Silva had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Deen Castronovo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 41 minutes of play, Ogro F.C.'s Deen Castronovo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermínio Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd minute, Almir Salgado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vila Zumbi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. If Kang Fan Xiang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the game, Kiko Freitas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vila Zumbi's Silas de Lima quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, Ogro F.C.'s Pedro Paulo Penha got control of the ball when Almir Salgado tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Ogro F.C.'s Mike Terrana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermínio Silva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 71st minute, Deen Castronovo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ogro F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Ogro F.C.'s Mario Duplantier was substituted for Deen Castronovo. 75 minutes into the game, Alexandre Aposan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Hermínio Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hermínio Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Duplantier, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Almir Salgado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Paulo Penha, 6-3. After a defensive mix-up in Ogro F.C.'s zone, Kang Fan Xiang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Paulo Penha came out of the goal and Kang Fan Xiang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, Vila Zumbi's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Terrana came free, but Hermínio Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermínio Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Duplantier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ogro F.C. fully deserved thier win.
