In the 6th minute Leontin Iacobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorio Laje saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th match minute, MIT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Mangra to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Valhalla F.C. booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Chilian didn't get a good kick on the ball. MIT's Vitko Vutev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save MIT from getting a goal against them. Osmundo Bullan scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitko Vutev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th match minute, MIT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Chilian to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Penilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitko Vutev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Marcelo Penilla scored 2-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitko Vutev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Penilla was the one to do the kick off. Vitko Vutev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Penilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MIT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Penilla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 80 minutes into the match, MIT's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Penilla came free, but Vitko Vutev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to MIT getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Remus Chilian hit a great ball. Marcelo Penilla took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitko Vutev. Vitko Vutev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Boni Alba kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Valhalla F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Boni Alba. After some careless play in the Valhalla F.C. defense, Lucian Mangra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorio Laje. The Valhalla F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorio Laje should have stopped the shot. Valhalla F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
