Spectators: 7994 (Terracing: 5997, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcelo Penilla got the match started through his kick off. Rodrygo Goes scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Jamieson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Penilla in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Jamieson saved SK Gullegem from getting behind. SK Gullegem's Marco Jamieson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save SK Gullegem from getting a goal against them. After 14 played minutes SK Gullegem got a freekick which was hit by Anton Volders. Valhalla F.C.'s Dorio Laje played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remco de Nooter in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Valhalla F.C. defense, Remco de Nooter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorio Laje. The Valhalla F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorio Laje should have stopped the shot. After 25 minutes of play, Valhalla F.C.'s Marcelo Penilla made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Jamieson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorio Laje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacky Jamieson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Penilla got free with Marco Jamieson in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osmundo Bullan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marco Jamieson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jacky Jamieson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Dorio Laje tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Torfs to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Penilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Marco Jamieson made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Valhalla F.C.'s Boni Alba got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Marcelo Penilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valhalla F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Penilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Jamieson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remco de Nooter to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Penilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Jamieson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match Valhalla F.C. got a corner. SK Gullegem's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rodrygo Goes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marco Jamieson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Penilla in the 54th minute of the match. When Jacky Jamieson came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the SK Gullegem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacky Jamieson couldn't finish the play. Alexandro Gattuso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Jamieson having to interfere. Valhalla F.C. made a substitution. 王益邦 replaced Osmundo Bullan. In the 66th minute, Marcelo Penilla made a precise shot to the right of Marco Jamieson. SK Gullegem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. SK Gullegem's Marco Jamieson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Penilla in the 69th minute of play. Marco Jamieson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Penilla in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when 王益邦 came free, but Marco Jamieson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valhalla F.C. made a substitution. Furtado Pellon replaced Rodrygo Goes. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Valhalla F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while SK Gullegem had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
