In the 8thth minute of the game Erubiel Joanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferreira Lopes MZC's Tomé Montenegro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomé Montenegro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Joanes's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Erubiel Joanes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SARI ZEYBEK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Erubiel Joanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomé Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Joanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Altay Bayındır was a little too slow when Dário Martins got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-1. Altay Bayındır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Alcântara in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Erubiel Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SARI ZEYBEK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Joanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Erubiel Joanes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomé Montenegro was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when SARI ZEYBEK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Musa Kutan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, SARI ZEYBEK's Kim Min got a free kick in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Ferreira Lopes MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Joanes came free, but Tomé Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gürol Lütufkâr hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. SARI ZEYBEK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Ronaldo Alcântara scored to the left of an out of position Altay Bayındır, making the score, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dário Martins made a kick off. Altay Bayındır took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Ferreira Lopes MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Joanes came free, but Tomé Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ferreira Lopes MZC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Musa Kutan was slow to take the kick. During this time SARI ZEYBEK's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Soner Torlak managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Joanes in the 65th minute of play forced Ferreira Lopes MZC's goalkeeper Tomé Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SARI ZEYBEK's Hakan Tecimer was substituted for Conrado Darien. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by SARI ZEYBEK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dedé Paiva was slow to take the kick. During this time Ferreira Lopes MZC's players had a chance to rest. The SARI ZEYBEK fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when SARI ZEYBEK's Erubiel Joanes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erubiel Joanes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-3 in the 78th playminute. In the 87th minute of the match, Erubiel Joanes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tomé Montenegro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 88th minute, Dário Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Francisco Vianna made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sidnei Bertassi immediately put the ball in play. Ronaldo Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Altay Bayındır didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferreira Lopes MZC. Ferreira Lopes MZC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing SARI ZEYBEK to leave the ground with a draw.
