When Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Costică Brânzaș in 7 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Borys Witek guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Borys Witek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ionuț Nicolescu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Ernest Ştati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Remme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ionuț Nicolescus short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Borys Witek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 21 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionuț Nicolescu. 24 minutes into the match, Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s goal looked a bit too open when Kent Remme came free, but Ernest Ştati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Nicolescu came free, but Borys Witek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borys Witek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sorin Lipan in the 34th minute of play. When Costică Brânzaș came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costică Brânzaș couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicodim Zogreanu. In the 45th minute, Emanuel Markham made a precise shot to the right of Ernest Ştati. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sorin Lipan was the one to do the kick off. Borys Witek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Lipan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ionuț Nicolescu during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dacian Burnei might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Borys Witek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dacian Burnei ran back to his position shaking his head. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Ernest Ştati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frode Tobiassen in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ defense, Frode Tobiassen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernest Ştati. The Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Ştati should have stopped the shot. The Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brufoss IL's performance. The match ended with a win for Brufoss IL.
