Felix Larren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lunar Park's attentive Alban Bouget managed to snatch the ball when Natanael Fonelleda made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. Txurio Herrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clovis Médard in the 42nd minute of the match. Sociedad Anónima's Txurio Herrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clovis Médard in the 43rd minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Larren to strike the kick off in the second half. Vachon Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Larren in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute Bidun Cases shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vachon Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 played minutes Sociedad Anónima got a freekick which was hit by Slawomir Nakonieczny. Lunar Park's Clovis Médard got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clovis Médard during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Richard Leone's late challenge caught a Sociedad Anónima's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Leone helped the player get up and apologised. After 88 played minutes Lunar Park got a freekick which was hit by Richard Leone. When the referee ended the match the Sociedad Anónima players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
