Slipmaskinerna's Peng Yao managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maurício Pellegrino in the 27 minute of the game. Andoni Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peanut Lord in the 31st minute of the match. If Florentin Gougeon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentin Gougeon in the 34th minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Billy Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
