Spectators: 8394 (Terracing: 6298, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stratos Savouras took the kick off in the first half of the match. Valencia C.F.'s Andoni Zubizarreta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stathis Notopoulos in the 2nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonny Logan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Theofanis Dilberis. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Bazellatin F.C.'s Theofanis Dilberis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Bazellatin F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, Lambis Tournas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonny Logan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Theofanis Dilberis made a huge save. In the 18thth minute of the game Florentin Gougeon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bazellatin F.C.'s Theofanis Dilberis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute Florentin Gougeon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Dilberis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Stathis Notopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valencia C.F.'s Andoni Zubizarreta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Miguel Ángel Mista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valencia C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, Jonny Logan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theofanis Dilberis. Bazellatin F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonny Logan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 38 minutes into the match, Florentin Gougeon notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Bazellatin F.C.'s Theofanis Dilberis. Theofanis Dilberis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonny Logan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florentin Gougeon took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theofanis Dilberis. A collision led to Bazellatin F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fivos Daskalakis hit a great ball. Javi Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Florentin Gougeon took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theofanis Dilberis. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonis Kalathakis during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Antonis Kalathakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonny Logan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Theofanis Dilberis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
