Spectators: 8423 (Terracing: 6318, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonny Logan kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Javi Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute, Antonis Kalathakis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Valencia C.F.'s Andoni Zubizarreta didn't even have to move. After having played for 6 minutes, Giotis Lissaridis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bazellatin F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Giotis Lissaridis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Florentin Gougeon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Dilberis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bazellatin F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Javi Guerra was slow to take the kick. During this time Valencia C.F.'s players had a chance to rest. Florentin Gougeon hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Jonny Logan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Valencia C.F.'s Andoni Zubizarreta got control of the ball when Charalambos Anastasakos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Ángel Mista scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theofanis Dilberis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Theofanis Dilberis came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia C.F.'s Florentin Gougeon. But to his dismay, Florentin Gougeon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Theofanis Dilberis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentin Gougeon in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Florentin Gougeon made a precise shot to the right of Theofanis Dilberis. Bazellatin F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After the first half Valencia C.F. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

51 minutes into the match, Florentin Gougeon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Theofanis Dilberis, 0-5. In the 53rd match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Logan to maneuver through the defense. Jonny Logan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 56th playminute. Todd Kidd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Theofanis Dilberis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charalambos Anastasakos hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jonny Logan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valencia C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jonny Logan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theofanis Dilberis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Todd Kidd hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Theofanis Dilberis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Valencia C.F.'s Florentin Gougeon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-7 in the ordered_time% minute. Theofanis Dilberis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentin Gougeon in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Florentin Gougeon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Theofanis Dilberis, 0-9. Thodoris Diamantidis charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thodoris Diamantidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonny Logan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theofanis Dilberis having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Charalambos Anastasakos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bazellatin F.C. and the Valencia C.F. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bazellatin F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Charalambos Anastasakos hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Florentin Gougeon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Theofanis Dilberis, passed just outside the right post. Valencia C.F.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
