Cătălin Ioanițiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chi-Chi Chi in the 35th minute of the match. Saveliy Elin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Grzelak in the 41st minute of play. The Santoryu FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Anabolic Boys were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmondo Pittelli to strike the kick off in the second half. Torbjörn Nilsson took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cătălin Ioanițiu. Cătălin Ioanițiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chi-Chi Chi in the 59th minute of play forced Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Cătălin Ioanițiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Anabolic Boys's corner Elinór Elin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cătălin Ioanițiu quite easily take care of the ball. With an all-out effort, Anabolic Boys's Cătălin Ioanițiu threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Torbjörn Nilsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Anabolic Boys were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Santoryu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elinór Elin took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in King Elin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 76 minutes into the match, Grzegorz Grzelak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saveliy Elin. Anabolic Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grzegorz Grzelak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 80th minute of the match Andrea Mastrangelo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saveliy Elin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Santoryu FC's Cătălin Ioanițiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Santoryu FC from getting a goal against them. When Santoryu FC's Aurelio Martorella in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anabolic Boys's goalie prevented a goal. In the 89th minute Arrigo Verdecchia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Ioanițiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santoryu FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Arrigo Verdecchia 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Anabolic Boys's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
