Aloísio Senna made in the 4th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gao Xi Di. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Emilian Bâlea put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rutger Cane. Rutger Cane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Bâlea in the 16th minute of play. Stakbröte made a substitution. Håkan Arhenius replaced Kim Ahlberg. Rutger Cane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilian Bâlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Algot Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rutger Cane came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Nevşehirspor's Görkem Büyükada. But to his dismay, Görkem Büyükada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Algot Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Christian Valler threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nevşehirspor's Goliath Phoenix quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rutger Cane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilian Bâlea, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Nevşehirspor's Emre Mor managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Christian Valler in the 33 minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Görkem Büyükada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rutger Cane. Stakbröte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Görkem Büyükada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Stakbröte's Rutger Cane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Görkem Büyükada in the 37th minute of play. Rutger Cane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Görkem Büyükada, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Görkem Büyükada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nevşehirspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Görkem Büyükada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutger Cane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute Görkem Büyükada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutger Cane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rutger Cane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilian Bâlea in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Görkem Büyükada in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rutger Cane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Görkem Büyükada in the 58th minute of play forced Stakbröte's goalkeeper Rutger Cane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Nevşehirspor's Emilian Bâlea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rutger Cane. That made the score 0-4 after 60 minutes of play. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Rutger Cane successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nevşehirspor's Ahmet Paşa was substituted for Görkem Büyükada. Christian Valler made in the 66th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Felix Bryngelsson. 69 minutes into the match, Ahmet Paşa notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Stakbröte's Rutger Cane. Rutger Cane was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nevşehirspor's Ahmet Paşa got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Paşa in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rutger Cane saved Stakbröte from getting behind. Ahmet Paşa had several of the Stakbröte's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Rutger Cane as he didn't even see the shot coming. Aloísio Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Stakbröte's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Paşa came free, but Rutger Cane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rutger Cane was a little too slow when Emilian Bâlea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-8. The Stakbröte supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nevşehirspor's performance. The match ended with a win for Nevşehirspor.
