When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Jesco Pujargimon put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Higinio Terciero. Dario Isaio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mantzio Porlier. Claretiano FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Maní FC defense, Juaneizu Cerrajeria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Higinio Terciero. The Maní FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Higinio Terciero should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Jesco Pujargimon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Claretiano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. If Christian Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
