With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito de Sena in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rudolf Söderberg saved Buksvinens IF from getting behind. 6 minutes into the match, Benjamim Freitas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudolf Söderberg. Buksvinens IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamim Freitas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edward Gummeson kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Rudolf Söderberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vito de Sena's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito de Sena in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rudolf Söderberg saved Buksvinens IF from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Buksvinens IF's zone, Diamantino Penha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Söderberg came out of the goal and Diamantino Penha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes PEREBAH FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto de Godoi. Rudolf Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Freitas in the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rune Möllgren was the one to do the kick off. Oscar de Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rudolf Söderberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vito de Sena in the 57th minute. When Thiago Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the PEREBAH FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thiago Godoi couldn't finish the play. Rudolf Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito de Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vito de Sena helped the player get up and apologised.
