Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vencho Hristoskov kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, DOROSTOL Ss's Kiril Kratunkov got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kiril Kratunkov sped through FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marian Bălan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kiril Kratunkov in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marian Bălan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 minutes, Eric Rușanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt and the DOROSTOL Ss players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eric Rușanu hit a great ball. Marian Bălan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragolyub Dudekov, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Kiril Kratunkov came free, but Marian Bălan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-2 became the score in the 14th minute when Vencho Hristoskov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mădălin Buzgar kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Vencho Hristoskov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Bălan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 0-4 became the score in the 27th minute when Kiril Kratunkov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Marian Bălan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiril Kratunkov in the 31st minute of the match. When DOROSTOL Ss's Kiril Kratunkov in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalie prevented a goal. 34 minutes into the game, DOROSTOL Ss's Vencho Hristoskov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marian Bălan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Marian Bălan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vencho Hristoskov in the 42nd minute of play. Marian Bălan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vencho Hristoskov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marian Bălan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vencho Hristoskov in the 45th minute of the match. Vencho Hristoskov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Bălan having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Corneliu Druga to strike the kick off in the second half. Marian Bălan was a little too slow when Kiril Kratunkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-6. Slaveyko Tzotzev charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Slaveyko Tzotzev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vencho Hristoskov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Kiril Kratunkov took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Marian Bălan to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kiril Kratunkov in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marian Bălan saved FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt from getting behind. Marian Bălan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vencho Hristoskov in the 71st minute. When Mădălin Buzgar fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's protests and gave Mădălin Buzgar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd minute, Mădălin Buzgar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marian Bălan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiril Kratunkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Kiril Kratunkov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marian Bălan was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Vencho Hristoskovs short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Marian Bălan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper Marian Bălan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kostadin Desov. Marian Bălan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiril Kratunkov in the 81st minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Kiril Kratunkov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marian Bălan. Kiril Kratunkov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. When the match was over DOROSTOL Ss could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt throughout the match.
