Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bebeto Queirós started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Antonio Simone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th match minute, A.S. Ian Fenomeni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Colucci to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goal looked a bit too open when Diamantino Penha came free, but Antonio Simone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Simone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito de Sena in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, A.S. Bebeto Queirós helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, A.S. Ian Fenomeni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebeto Queirós to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in A.S. Ian Fenomeni's zone, Benjamim Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Simone came out of the goal and Benjamim Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Simone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamim Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Benjamim Freitas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Simone. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamim Freitas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd match minute, PEREBAH FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Godoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Diego De Lorenzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to A.S. Ian Fenomeni getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Bebeto Queirós hit a great ball. Antonio Simone acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Afonso Hermes. 63 minutes into the game, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Amos Colucci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amauri Proença made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Bebeto Queirós put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amauri Proença. Antonio Simone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Penha in the 76th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Cristoforo Melfi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.S. Ian Fenomeni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 88th minute, Diego De Lorenzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Afonso Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Benjamim Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the PEREBAH FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamim Freitas couldn't finish the play. The supporters of A.S. Ian Fenomeni booed when PEREBAH FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Andrea Tocchetto came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the A.S. Ian Fenomeni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrea Tocchetto couldn't finish the play. Many of PEREBAH FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. PEREBAH FC may have spent more time on the ball, but A.S. Ian Fenomeni were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
