The referee showed Serafino Abadie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Abadie to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Gustavo Gamus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pan FC's attentive Juan José Van De Gucht managed to snatch the ball when Niculae Luncașu made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. Gustavo Gamus's late challenge caught a Romanian Gods™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Gamus helped the player get up and apologised. Pan FC's Juan José Van De Gucht quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Niculae Luncașu, made in the 37th minute of the game. Ildefonso Marcones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arsenio Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basarab Logofeteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduard Panciu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Niculae Luncașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the game, Pan FC's Ildefonso Marcones nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisc Trăilă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 57th minute Gustavo Gamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Trăilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cafu Soares in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisc Trăilă saved Romanian Gods™ from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Huștea got free with Arsenio Osorio in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, Ildefonso Marcones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisc Trăilă was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Francisc Trăilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pan FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Cafu Soares hit a great ball. Arsenio Osorio made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Eduard Panciu sent off a good shot on target. After 81 played minutes Pan FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Marcones. Eduard Panciu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Osorio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Francisc Trăilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Marcones, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Francisc Trăilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute of the game Niculae Luncașu made a throw-in which Basarab Logofeteanu played forward. The throw-in from Niculae Luncașu in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pan FC's Juan José Van De Gucht. The Pan FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Romanian Gods™ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
