AC米兰's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bojan Daev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 曹岩康 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atanas Živkov's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 19 minutes, 庄勇常 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC米兰 and the Red Bull Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 毛帆 during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 毛帆 kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ile Manojlovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Bull Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Ile Manojlovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 曹岩康 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 鲁云永 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Manevski having to interfere. Skender Partenijev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 曹岩康 having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Red Bull Club's Ile Manojlovski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 曹岩康 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 曹岩康 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ile Manojlovski in the 42nd minute of the match. 庄崇榕 kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Red Bull Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 庄勇常 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AC米兰's 庄勇常 got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, 贺卫弘 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bojan Daev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 曹岩康 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Red Bull Club's Robert Manevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄勇常 in the 68th minute of play. Atanas Živkov struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. 曹岩康 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Bull Club. In the 74th minute, Lirim Atanasovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 played minutes Red Bull Club got a freekick which was hit by Angel Lazarevski. 曹岩康 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atanas Živkov's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Skender Partenijev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th minute, 雷坤宁 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, AC米兰's goal looked a bit too open when Ile Manojlovski came free, but 曹岩康 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 曹岩康 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ile Manojlovski in the 96th minute. When the match was over Red Bull Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC米兰 throughout the match.
