After having played for 9 minutes, Cevat Mansur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cevat Mansur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bora Bülbül received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Charilaos Iakovatos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charilaos Iakovatos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cevat Mansur's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Gürkan Bahadıroğlu got his second yellow card in the match during the 17th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Seahawks V55's Periklis Asimakis was substituted for Charis Droumalias. A collision led to Kültepe Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gürkan Bahadıroğlu hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Kültepe Spor Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when Periklis Asimakis came free, but Rüknettin Demirbaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Periklis Asimakis charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Periklis Asimakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alp Gence received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rüknettin Demirbaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sakis Kritikos in the 41st minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gökberk Beytekin was the one to do the kick off. Gökberk Beytekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rüknettin Demirbaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Periklis Asimakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Seahawks V55 booed when Kültepe Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mürsel Can didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Periklis Asimakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rüknettin Demirbaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Rüknettin Demirbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniil Kouroupetroglou in the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kültepe Spor Kulübü defense, Periklis Asimakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rüknettin Demirbaş. The Kültepe Spor Kulübü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rüknettin Demirbaş should have stopped the shot.
