With an all-out effort, Red Bull Club's Marcus Nordin threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Skender Partenijev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Red Bull Club's Robert Manevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peder Kilstedt in the 7th minute of play. Marcus Nordin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ile Manojlovski's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 23rd minute, Stig-Åke Jansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Manevski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 25 played minutes Överås BK got a freekick which was hit by Emil Carlsson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ile Manojlovski in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Nordin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Pihlwall in the 32nd minute of play forced Red Bull Club's goalkeeper Robert Manevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Alexander Pihlwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Manevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atanas Živkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Carlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute, Emil Carlsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Manevski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Robert Manevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peder Kilstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Alexander Pihlwall made the kick off in the second half. Överås BK's Marcus Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ile Manojlovski in the 63rd minute of play. Lirim Atanasovski charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lirim Atanasovski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lirim Atanasovski hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Emil Carlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Robert Manevski made a huge save. After 69th play minutes Ile Manojlovski shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Marcus Nordin and just under the crossbar into goal. Ile Manojlovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ile Manojlovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Nordin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Skender Partenijev in the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Skender Partenijev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Bull Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Skender Partenijev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Nordin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ile Manojlovski in the 89th minute of play. Alexander Pihlwall received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Manevski came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexander Pihlwall slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 94th minute.
