In the 15th minute Jeferson Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Nazario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Amaral in the 15th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeferson Amaral made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Vinará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Amaral came free, but Hugo Nazario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeferson Amaral in the 64th minute of play forced Vinará FC's goalkeeper Hugo Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jeferson Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samurai Champions FC's Renan Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, Samurai Champions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Sena to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The audience was convinced that Jeferson Amaral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Nazario was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. A collision led to Vinará FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Edelmiro Txaran hit a great ball. Samurai Champions FC played a much better game than Vinará FC and deserved their victory. The Vinará FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
