In the 42ndth minute of the game Atanas Živkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Husky's Felip Etxeberria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Atanas Živkov came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Red Bull Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atanas Živkov couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafá Garzon made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Atanas Živkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Bull Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Husky the free kick. The supporters of C.A. Husky booed when Red Bull Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atanas Živkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to C.A. Husky's Felip Etxeberria did a great save. Santiago Montaña took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edrin Hajdaraga. Red Bull Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Bojan Daev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Atanas Živkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felip Etxeberria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Cardeñosa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
