Geoff Hahn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Stacey Eason's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Matxin was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Joey Bush was a little too slow when Matias Leguizamón got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. After a rather tough play, River tu grato nombre's Arkhyp Polyanskyi got a free kick in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Geoff Hahn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River tu grato nombre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 17 de enero team the free kick. Joey Bush dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the River tu grato nombre players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
