ALIANZA 1901's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pastor Benat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arano Uncal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Benat in the 18th minute of play. Aureliano Reynardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Mingo. After 24 minutes, Claudio Peter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xeneizes and the ALIANZA 1901 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Xeneizes's Claudio Peter got a free kick in the 24th minute. ALIANZA 1901's Arano Uncal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Peter in the 27th minute of play. Arano Uncal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Benat, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Xeneizes getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Claudio Peter hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Benat in the 37th minute of play forced ALIANZA 1901's goalkeeper Arano Uncal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ALIANZA 1901 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Stanislao Sesmilo hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Claudio Peter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arano Uncal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Xeneizes booed when ALIANZA 1901 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Castellvi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Veremundo Varona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Xeneizes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Veremundo Varona to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Urre Salce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Victor Benat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, Pastor Benat reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arano Uncal. The goal made the score 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cirilo Castellvi during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 72 minutes into the match, ALIANZA 1901's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Benat came free, but Arano Uncal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ALIANZA 1901 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ordono Garriga hit a great ball. The supporters of Xeneizes booed when ALIANZA 1901 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Castellvi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the last second Arano Uncal throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pastor Benat in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 83 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Reynardo. Victor Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porfirio Regulez, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Pastor Benat received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arano Uncal came out and tried to block the shot, but Pastor Benat slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 98th minute. The ALIANZA 1901 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Xeneizes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
