René Švéda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Prado in the 3rd minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, Pardubice Hurricanes's Michal Božek made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flávio Fantini was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Pardubice Hurricanes getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Roberto-Carlos Rocha hit a great ball. Pardubice Hurricanes's Igor Vincenc got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michal Božek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Flávio Fantini when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 31 minutes, Acácio Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C.PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acácio Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flávio Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiří Dusil, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 37 minutes, Moisés Godoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.C.PAULISTA and the Pardubice Hurricanes players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to S.C.PAULISTA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Moisés Godoi hit a great ball. Flávio Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michal Božek in the 39th minute. S.C.PAULISTA's Flávio Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save S.C.PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Michal Božek made the kick off in the second half. Jiří Dusil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flávio Fantini having to make a save. When Fernando Prado came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the S.C.PAULISTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Prado couldn't finish the play. João Francisco Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Prado struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. René Švéda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.PAULISTA. After having played for 57 minutes, Acácio Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C.PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acácio Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. René Švéda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acácio Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flávio Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Božek in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pardubice Hurricanes's goalkeeper René Švéda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Božek in the 67th minute of play forced S.C.PAULISTA's goalkeeper Flávio Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Michal Božek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C.PAULISTA's Flávio Fantini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Pardubice Hurricanes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fernando Prado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Michal Božek scored 2-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Fantini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flávio Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Božek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moisés Godoi hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Frank Leão hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Roman Rafael took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Flávio Fantini. S.C.PAULISTA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 93 played minutes Pardubice Hurricanes got a freekick which was hit by Roman Rafael.
