Viden Kúdrev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Viden Kúdrev came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Protegéerna's Roy Bennet. But to his dismay, Roy Bennet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bo-Erik Springfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blue avalanche's Viden Kúdrev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Bennet in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Roy Bennet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viden Kúdrev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Roy Bennet scored 0-4 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viden Kúdrev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Protegéerna booed when Blue avalanche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruslan Pemov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viden Kúdrev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Asparuh Tarashoev came free, but Georg Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georg Vallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nykteus Kouches in the 34th minute of play. Blue avalanche's Viden Kúdrev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Bennet in the 38th minute of play. Roy Bennet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viden Kúdrev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Ruslan Pemov got a throw-in 45 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Penko Voykov. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Viden Kúdrev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Bennet in the 52nd minute of the match. Roy Bennet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viden Kúdrev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Blue avalanche's goalkeeper Viden Kúdrev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo-Erik Springfält. After a defensive mix-up in Blue avalanche's zone, Roy Bennet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viden Kúdrev came out of the goal and Roy Bennet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Bennet in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viden Kúdrev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Viden Kúdrev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Oscar Löfgren was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. Protegéerna's Charlie Apelquist was substituted for Alexander Lundström. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Protegéerna! Georg Vallin had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Toni Vúkov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Sven Skark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viden Kúdrev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Protegéerna's Fredrik Billberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ruslan Pemov in the 81 minute of the game. Blue avalanche's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Olof Löfkvist 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Magnus Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Sven Skark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Viden Kúdrev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the game, Sven Skark recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Viden Kúdrev. Sven Skark showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Sven Skark succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 97th playminute. Protegéerna's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
