In the 7th match minute, Nubecitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Estruch to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Nubecitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when César Rosa came free, but Anko Bravo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nubecitas FC's Jacobo Gomar got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Remo Borges hit a great ball. Pedro Luís Fernandez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hanni Ruiz. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's César Rosa got a free kick in the 21st minute. If César Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Odilon Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Fernandez having to interfere. Nubecitas FC's Anko Bravo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Rosa in the 37th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Nubecitas FC's Odilon Rivas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luís Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! César Rosa took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anko Bravo. Anko Bravo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Prado in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anko Bravo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Odilon Rivas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peio Guijarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If César Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Anko Bravo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nubecitas FC's zone, Remo Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anko Bravo came out of the goal and Remo Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Perico Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Perico Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nubecitas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marzagão the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Válbson Fernandes during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
