Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Mans's Thomas Müller started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thomas Müller struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Gualter Carmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mans. After a rather tough play, Mans's Ludovic Russier got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes, KINDERUZ's Alexandrino Caldas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Didier Lefebvre came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KINDERUZ reached it. Mans's Didier Lefebvre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandrino Caldas in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ahmed Drieu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mans's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmed Drieu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gualter Carmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 played minutes Mans got a freekick which was hit by Roland Ageorges. In the 21st minute, Anthony Cavalier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd match minute, Mans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Müller to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Yvan Etcheverry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, KINDERUZ's Cristian Ronaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Didier Lefebvre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Didier Lefebvre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Bandeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Didier Lefebvre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Ronaldo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Ilan Saudrais kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, KINDERUZ's Alexandrino Caldas tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Didier Lefebvre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandrino Caldas in the 46th minute of play. The Mans players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KINDERUZ were winning 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Ronaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Ronaldo took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Didier Lefebvre. Didier Lefebvre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Ronaldo in the 54th minute of play forced Mans's goalkeeper Didier Lefebvre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Bandeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Didier Lefebvre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Bandeira ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 58 minutes, Thomas Müller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Müller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Mans were awarded a corner. Anthony Cavalier went to the cornerflag to take it. Mans's Anthony Cavalier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gualter Carmo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Ricardo Bandeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmed Drieu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Mans's goalkeeper Didier Lefebvre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Ronaldo. A hard shot by Abílio Sacramento from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Didier Lefebvre's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gualter Carmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Drieu in the 78th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Mans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Drieu to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the game, Ricardo Bandeira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KINDERUZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mans the free kick. A collision led to KINDERUZ getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ricardo Bandeira hit a great ball. Roland Ageorges might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualter Carmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roland Ageorges ran back to his position shaking his head. The Mans fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KINDERUZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
