Granate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Aaron Fertus scored to the left of an out of position Agustin Abastas, making the score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Aaron Fertus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Agustin Abastas. Aaron Fertus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Joaquin Ezkerra kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. When Joaquin Ezkerra fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granate's protests and gave Joaquin Ezkerra a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Granate's Joaquin Ezkerra got a free kick in the 16th minute. A collision led to Granate getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Leonel Urbes hit a great ball. After 21st play minutes Alfredo Gaizkine shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Agustin Abastas and just under the crossbar into goal. After 23 minutes of play Granate's Joaquin Ezkerra was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 39 played minutes Granate got a freekick which was hit by Celso Turi. 47 minutes into the game, Angelo Astigar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Lepra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Granate the free kick. The supporters of Granate booed when Nueva Lepra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Aaron Fertus was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Nueva Lepra FC's Aureliano Pancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agustin Abastas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Aaron Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Agustin Abastas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Fertus came free, but Agustin Abastas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Granate defense, Aaron Fertus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Abastas. The Granate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Abastas should have stopped the shot. Angelo Astigar was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Nueva Lepra FC's Aureliano Pancho in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Granate's goalie prevented a goal. After 89 played minutes Nueva Lepra FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Pancho. Nueva Lepra FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
