Nistor Iftimescu started the match with the kick off. Romeo Galiceanu struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Charles Johansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Vertigo. Nistor Iftimescu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Nikulás Benediktsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Hernström went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Sture Ström might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nikulás Benediktsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sture Ström ran back to his position shaking his head. 14 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Hernström came free, but Nikulás Benediktsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikulás Benediktsson was a little too slow when Hans Törnblom got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. Club Vertigo's Nikulás Benediktsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Vertigo from getting a goal against them. Narcis Popoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Octavian Mergea kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Club Vertigo's Nikulás Benediktsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Ström in the 33rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, AC Superstar's Nikulás Benediktsson threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edvard Åkesson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Club Vertigo's Nikulás Benediktsson got control of the ball when Hans Törnblom tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Ström came free, but Nikulás Benediktsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans Törnblom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nikulás Benediktsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Törnblom in the 53rd minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, AC Superstar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Hernström to maneuver through the defense. Sven Söderberg got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Harry Hernström. Nikulás Benediktsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Hernström, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Club Vertigo's Iulian Lovin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Iulian Lovin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Vertigo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Iulian Lovin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 87th match minute, Club Vertigo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Lovin to maneuver through the defense. Club Vertigo's Nikulás Benediktsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Hernström in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Sture Ström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikulás Benediktsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
