Rafael Heijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel da Rocha in the 4th minute of play. Maurits Apotheker hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. With a little luck, NFC Eagles 22's Rafael Heijer got control of the ball when Ramiro Coutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute of the game Renato Velloso made a throw-in which Gabriel da Rocha played forward. Teodoro Meireles came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by NFC Eagles 22's Nico-Jan Ihselmann. But to his dismay, Nico-Jan Ihselmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Maurits Apotheker kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Teodoro Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nico-Jan Ihselmann's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. A collision led to Bandeirinha AD getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Renato Velloso hit a great ball. Robert-Jan Hermensen kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Teodoro Meireles came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by NFC Eagles 22's Nico-Jan Ihselmann. But to his dismay, Nico-Jan Ihselmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Andreas Deinse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Nico-Jan Ihselmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Heijer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Falcão Gaspar made a kick off. After a rather tough play, NFC Eagles 22's Maurits Apotheker got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Bandeirinha AD's goalkeeper Teodoro Meireles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nico-Jan Ihselmann. The supporters of NFC Eagles 22 booed when Bandeirinha AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Ramiro Coutinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandeirinha AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 78 minutes into the match, Bandeirinha AD's goalkeeper Teodoro Meireles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nico-Jan Ihselmann. After 86 minutes, Ton de Ruijter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NFC Eagles 22 and the Bandeirinha AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the final whistle went the supporters of NFC Eagles 22 were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Bandeirinha AD side.
