Ernst Meppelink's late challenge caught a Boedo Athletic.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernst Meppelink helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Boedo Athletic.. Gaspar Mitxaut stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teun Gierman. 0-2. Gaspar Mitxaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stef Graaff hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, one of Nadzieja Speed Elblag:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nadzieja Speed Elblag. The referee gave Boedo Athletic. a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gaspar Mitxaut, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nadzieja Speed Elblag's Teun Gierman. 0-3. Gaspar Mitxaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Teun Gierman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gaspar Mitxaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nick van der Aa during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pim van Gaal hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

After 51 played minutes Nadzieja Speed Elblag got a freekick which was hit by Arnout Piening. If Isaac Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
