Niek Popping made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Gelmiro in the 3rd minute of play. Isaias Garcia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dé Baron showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, NFC Eagles 22's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Nuxila came free, but Niek Popping reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Llorienzo got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eustaquio Nuxila. Niek Popping didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustaquio Nuxila went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Niek Popping showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Nuxila in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dé Baron got free with Isaias Garcia in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaias Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Baron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boedo Athletic.'s Isaias Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dé Baron in the 29th minute of play. Andreas Deinse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to NFC Eagles 22 getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Giovanni Rademaker hit a great ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Dé Baron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NFC Eagles 22's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dé Baron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Andreas Deinse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute Eustaquio Nuxila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niek Popping saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Baron, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Ton de Ruijter took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaias Garcia. Isaias Garcia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dé Baron to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Eustaquio Nuxila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boedo Athletic. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Niek Popping was a little too slow when Gaspar Mitxaut got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 3-3. 74 minutes into the match, NFC Eagles 22's goalkeeper Niek Popping had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Nuxila. A collision led to NFC Eagles 22 getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ton de Ruijter hit a great ball. Isaias Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Baron in the 81st minute of the match. Alfredo Llorienzo's late challenge caught a NFC Eagles 22's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Llorienzo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Alfredo Llorienzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dé Baron came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the NFC Eagles 22 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dé Baron couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Boedo Athletic. booed when NFC Eagles 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert-Jan Hermensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Gaspar Mitxaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boedo Athletic.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Mitxaut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niek Popping breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in NFC Eagles 22's zone, Isaac Gelmiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niek Popping came out of the goal and Isaac Gelmiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. NFC Eagles 22 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Boedo Athletic. had controlled the match.
