The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vilhelm Samuelsson made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Benito Salomon sent off a good shot on target. Vilhelm Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Benito Salomon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vilhelm Samuelsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Aves Negras's Erubiel Montez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, Djura IFK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Libertad. Vilhelm Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Salomon in the 23rd minute of the match. Vilhelm Samuelsson made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Benito Salomon sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Vilhelm Samuelsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vilhelm Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Vilhelm Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Michael in the 32nd minute of play. In the 39th minute, Benito Salomon made a precise shot to the right of Vilhelm Samuelsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Libertad got free with Vilhelm Samuelsson in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Djura IFK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Erubiel Montez 48 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Salomon was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Vilgot Holm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Salomon scored 7-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilhelm Samuelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Djura IFK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jonathan Jakobsson hit a great ball. After 59 minutes, Tommy Sjödin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Djura IFK and the Aves Negras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Aves Negras booed when Djura IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Sjödin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicanor Rolado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vilhelm Samuelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute Benito Salomon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Djura IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Libertad came free, but Vilhelm Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilhelm Samuelsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Salomon went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. In the 74th minute, Damian Libertad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Samuelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Roberto Michael scored 12-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilhelm Samuelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the game, Aves Negras's Erubiel Montez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilhelm Samuelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. After some careless play in the Djura IFK defense, Erubiel Montez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilhelm Samuelsson. The Djura IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilhelm Samuelsson should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Salomon in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilhelm Samuelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Aves Negras were the better team. Aves Negras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
