Pénzügyőr SE's Ferdinánd Nyilasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Nuxila in the 3rd minute of play. Sixto Olo's late challenge caught a Pénzügyőr SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sixto Olo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Metapalo FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Sixto Olo hit a great ball. Ferdinánd Nyilasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Nuxila in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Metapalo FC got a corner. Pénzügyőr SE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonides Ledesma ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 18th minute, Đuro Samuel had to leave the field with a concussion. 18 minutes into the game, Ferenc Berta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pénzügyőr SE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Metapalo FC the free kick. Metapalo FC's Isidoro Garcia was substituted for Đuro Samuel. Ferenc Berta hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Pénzügyőr SE's Ferenc Berta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Martinez Dibusz. Martinez Dibusz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ferdinánd Nyilasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Nuxila, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Pénzügyőr SE's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Rambert came free, but Ferdinánd Nyilasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Elixio took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinánd Nyilasi. Ferdinánd Nyilasi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Martinez Dibusz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Berta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinánd Nyilasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Nuxila in the 45th minute of the match. György Keserű's late challenge caught a Metapalo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. György Keserű helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Pénzügyőr SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by György Keserű to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ferenc Berta made the kick off in the second half. Martinez Dibusz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 倪树岚, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Elixio in the 55th minute of play forced Pénzügyőr SE's goalkeeper Ferdinánd Nyilasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th match minute, Metapalo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Pénzügyőr SE defense, Joel Nuxila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferdinánd Nyilasi. The Pénzügyőr SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdinánd Nyilasi should have stopped the shot. Leonides Ledesma kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Metapalo FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Ledesma. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pénzügyőr SE's goalkeeper Ferdinánd Nyilasi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonides Ledesma during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leonides Ledesma hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Pénzügyőr SE got a freekick which was hit by Máté Almási. Ferdinánd Nyilasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Rambert in the 94th minute of play. The Pénzügyőr SE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Metapalo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
