In the 3rd match minute, Lite Finare Lite Bättre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Hökkvist to maneuver through the defense. Fredric Klint received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bo Sillén came out and tried to block the shot, but Fredric Klint slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Tommy Palm got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some careless play in the BENA FK defense, Ove Hökkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaspar Leheren. The BENA FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaspar Leheren should have stopped the shot. After 17 minutes of play, BENA FK's Tommy Palm made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bo Sillén was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to BENA FK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Charles Soned hit a great ball. Gaspar Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Kollin in the 27th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Hökkvist came free, but Gaspar Leheren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Leheren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Kollin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Ove Hökkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspar Leheren. BENA FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ove Hökkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Bo Sillén didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fredric Klint went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ove Hökkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andy Westerberg hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lite Finare Lite Bättre getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Otto Kollin hit a great ball. Gaspar Leheren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Kollin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Hökkvist in the 61st minute of play forced BENA FK's goalkeeper Gaspar Leheren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lite Finare Lite Bättre booed when BENA FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Pihlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lite Finare Lite Bättre's zone, Tommy Palm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bo Sillén came out of the goal and Tommy Palm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute, Fredric Klint left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BENA FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. 76 minutes into the match, Fredric Klint had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bo Sillén.
