Erik Vera charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Vera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute Dimitri Goudard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abner Dohrmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marín Mason made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Alexandrie CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakary Galet to maneuver through the defense. Abner Dohrmann came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandrie CF's Fábio Cardoso. But to his dismay, Fábio Cardoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Alexandrie CF's Tim Amalric in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torreoncito's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fábio Cardoso got free with Abner Dohrmann in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexandrie CF's Renaud Berthier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marín Mason in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Torreoncito booed when Alexandrie CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Djamel Scheffer didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Djamel Scheffer hit a great ball. Erik Vera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dimitri Goudard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th minute, Djamel Scheffer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abner Dohrmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitri Goudard, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Abner Dohrmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Amalric in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Fábio Cardoso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abner Dohrmann, passed just outside the right post. When the final whistle sounded Alexandrie CF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Torreoncito.
