Polo Zubeldia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd match minute, Atletico Aragua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Polo Zubeldia to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in LVCVS AVGVSTI's zone, Polo Zubeldia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Unai Simon came out of the goal and Polo Zubeldia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Polo Zubeldias short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Unai Simon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Polo Zubeldia came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Atletico Aragua FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Polo Zubeldia couldn't finish the play. The supporters of LVCVS AVGVSTI booed when Atletico Aragua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froylan Chagavia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Chico Sabina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Polo Zubeldia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Unai Simon made a huge save.

Manel Victorero came out of the goal and Chico Sabina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Curcio Gonzalvez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Manel Victorero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Landeta in the 75th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Unai Simon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Atletico Aragua FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Buinton Barreda hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, Atletico Aragua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Polo Zubeldia to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the LVCVS AVGVSTI defense, Polo Zubeldia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Unai Simon. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Unai Simon should have stopped the shot. Chico Sabina kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
