After a rather tough play, Atletico Aragua FC's Gauargi Trapiella got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute, Flint Braxton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tango en Miami FC's Robby Couch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Landeta in the 8th minute of play. Robby Couch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Polo Zubeldia in the 17th minute. Tango en Miami FC's Robby Couch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Tango en Miami FC from getting a goal against them. Polo Zubeldias short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Robby Couch to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Robby Couch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Polo Zubeldia in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Zachery Dillon hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Atletico Aragua FC's Xaver Teresa got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Atletico Aragua FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Mañes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Willard in the 29th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Manel Victorero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flint Braxton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manel Victorero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Robby Couch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Mañes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atletico Aragua FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Buinton Barreda in the 32nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Buinton Barreda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Robby Couch quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Isidro Mañes 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. After 38 minutes of play, Tango en Miami FC's Flint Braxton made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manel Victorero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Zaldain hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

When Flint Braxton came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Tango en Miami FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flint Braxton couldn't finish the play. Quinn Todd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Manel Victorero made a huge save. In the 59thth minute of the game Marcelo Landeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tango en Miami FC's Robby Couch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Isidro Mañes came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Atletico Aragua FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Mañes couldn't finish the play. Robby Couch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Mañes in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Atletico Aragua FC's Isidro Mañes got a free kick in the 83rd minute. A hard shot 86 in the game by Lance Willard from a close distance when the talented Manel Victorero managed to make a qualified save. Atletico Aragua FC's players were relieved. After 86 minutes, Lance Willard made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Atletico Aragua FC's Manel Victorero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 89 minutes, William Culver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tango en Miami FC and the Atletico Aragua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isidro Mañes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Robby Couch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
