But to his dismay, Radowit Pilarczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to SMOCZANKA MIELEC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Norbert Budzynski hit a great ball. Devoto club social's Emanuel Gasteiz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mart Palermo during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mart Palermo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to SMOCZANKA MIELEC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Maksymilian Cupial hit a great ball. Kazimierz Nowakowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 34th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mart Palermo. Tomás Bertran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Gecionis in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of SMOCZANKA MIELEC booed when Devoto club social was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mart Palermo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Kazimierz Nowakowski got control of the ball when Paulo Henrico tried to sneak it across the goal line. SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Zdzislaw Gecionis got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Devoto club social players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SMOCZANKA MIELEC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Gasteiz was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Devoto club social's goalkeeper Tomás Bertran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Sebastian Zbydniowski notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Devoto club social's Tomás Bertran. Tomás Bertran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SMOCZANKA MIELEC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
