The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Schwemer got free with Israel Peña in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Otfried Lintorf hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to SSV Ulm 1846 getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Hippo Schellenberger hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gonzalo-Martin Facon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo-Martin Facon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Strzelczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Otfried Lintorf took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Israel Peña to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jakob Fricke during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Jakob Fricke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Hermon Abello shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexander Strzelczyk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Israel Peña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otfried Lintorf in the 26th minute of the match. After 27 minutes of play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's César Melgarejo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Strzelczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Velasco came free, but Alexander Strzelczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Etcheverry to maneuver through the defense. Israel Peña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otfried Lintorf in the 34th minute of play. SSV Ulm 1846's Alexander Strzelczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Velasco in the 35th minute of play. César Melgarejo scored 1-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Strzelczyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Klemens Hugo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Israel Peña came out and tried to block the shot, but Klemens Hugo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Velasco in the 45th minute of play forced SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Alexander Strzelczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonzalo-Martin Facon took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Strzelczyk. Alexander Strzelczyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Alexander Strzelczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Melgarejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the game, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's César Melgarejo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Strzelczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. After 74 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Hermon Abello. Niolaao Abastas charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niolaao Abastas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pepsi Fuchibol Clu getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Niolaao Abastas hit a great ball. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Alexander Strzelczyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexander Strzelczyk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Velasco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 90 minute of play. Diego Etcheverry hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Gonzalo-Martin Facon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The SSV Ulm 1846 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's performance. The match ended with a win for Pepsi Fuchibol Clu.
